CSA Campaign

All the statistics and surveys reveal that 50% of kids in India suffer from Child Sexual Abuse, boys and girls equally. Child Sexual Abuse is an Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) that most likely leaves long lasting effects on emotional/physical health and wellbeing of the kids for the rest of their lives!

Being conservative, staying calm or pretending things are fine, wouldn’t help. What helps is the lesson to the little kids about identifying the unsafe touch and reporting it to a Trusted Adult.

Sahrudaya Foundation partnered with Padala Charitable Trust in implementing Child Sexual Abuse Awareness campaigns in rural and remote areas where the issue is more prevalent! Kids who are educated in Sahrudaya CSA campaigns have gained knowledge on identifying, reacting and reporting any possible future abuses!
